There is no excuse for any church or school or individual to miss the meaning of the forbidding of witchcraft to be taught or allowed in our society. We are a Protestant Christian society and there is no place for any pagan practices in the church or schools.

Let the heathen return to their native lands and let us purify ourselves from pagan worship to find favor with God and save our children from this avalanche of evil practices that is being shoveled into them by the secular and ungodly press, and leaders raised in idolatry.

I feel weak tonight and tired in the brain with difficulty continuing to work in the late hour as I feel numbness in my feet and wonder what I have eaten to cause this to occur in me.

I was offered some spelt bread that had canola oil as one of the ingredients being a new product of Canada made from rape seed oil grown in Europe as an industrial lubricant. The health food stores are due to be watched just as close as regular grocery stores in protecting our health against the propaganda food giants that misrepresent their products.

I am off coffee now and it's great to be free. I did have one scoop of ice cream on Sunday against my rules and it devastated my feelings for the rest of the day. I believe it takes at least three days to recover from one serving of sugar. A book written by Doctor William Crook who lives on the West Coast describes a patient allergic to sugar, sounds like me, that one grain of sugar will set off a chain reaction resulting in a crippling condition similar to mine. I was given a book today entitled ‘electrical nutrition’ that describes vegetarian as void of eggs, milk and cheese or any animal products at all. I live on eggs in the morning

but have stopped drinking milk mainly because wholly raw milk is not available here in a market. They destroy milk in pasteurizing and homogenizing it. Cheese, buttermilk and cottage cheese are not processed in the same way they say and it seems logical to believe. Tonight I had brown rice with ripe tomatoes and some strawberries for my dinner meal. I am now also off all fried foods and white flour. All breaded cooked foods and most all of gravy has white wheat flour the same as is used to make white glue for a very long time. The gluten acts as a poison for some people and is worth a try for me to comply with my suspicion that it may be causing me problems. The food industry is just like a mine field.

The weather man was wrong again in assuring us of a clear day except for a few scattered showers in the mountains. I was in the mountains and it rained all day with heavy flooding.
